Feeling too Comfortable

Just when you think things are going really smooth ............ we have been watching our dossier on the Fed Ex website and we've watched it do nothing for the last 5 days. It has actually been in Kazakhstan since November 30th -- at the Fed Ex offices. It tells us they have tried to deliver and the business is closed. Well that would make sense when they are trying to deliver at 5 p.m. -- most businesses are closed. Calls to Fed Ex have not helped, I contacted our agency today to see if they had any ideas. Did I say we were a week ahead?????????????
