This was waiting in our mailbox when we got home on Friday -- it's our I-171 which says we are approved to bring a child from Bulgaria into the United States and into our home.
And than on Saturday we received our criminal history check from the FBI -- it was neatly stamped that we have "no arrest records."
Paperwork is now complete -- we have to get everything notarized and then send to Madison for the apostille. By the end of the week we should be sending off our dossier to our agency .................

Yaaay!!! Great news—I'm so excited for you. Has TOL given you an estimated timetable when you can expect to travel? I know you're hoping to complete the adoption this calendar year, so that you can recoup some of your costs from your first trip.
