It's too late to make any phone calls so I thought I'd do a quick post. I just heard from our agency -- the attorneys in Bulgaria have not been notified of any referrals made at the Feb. 2nd meeting. This means we can still hang on to the hope that we may have been one of the lucky ones ...........
