Well we finally heard from our agency -- the MOJ did not give us a referral at the last meeting, they only referred young children.
The attorney in Bulgaria said that we needed to complete a special needs list so the MOJ has a clarification of what type of child we are looking for. This list covered every possible need a child could have -- from small scars to paralysis. After completing the 5 pages we sent it off to the agency who has already forwarded it to Bulgaria.
Praying & Hoping, once again that we get the referral at the next meeting ............
