Dossier is Moving Again

The dossier left Frankfurt yesterday at 10:37 a.m. (our time or theirs I'm not sure) and is now headed to Almaty, Kazakhstan -- at 2:04 p.m. yesterday the update said it's still on its way. From Almaty it has to go to the consulate in Astana .........
