Travel time to Almaty, Kazakhstan for paperwork could take up to two weeks (must be that same carrier pigeon that the state used for the dr. licenses).
Once the dossier has been received in Kazakhstan our travel date should be approximately 90 days from that point. It may be sooner and it could be longer . . . we all know that by now. :)

I am sooooooooo excited for you both and for your family!!!! You must take lots of pictures!!!! I am so interested to hear how about your trip to Uralsk, so time to go!! Uralsk will be in our hearts forever and I am so happy you are going back.
