A Ray of Sunshine

We are home from school, under a winter storm watch. It's cold, windy and the snow is coming down quickly. We're expected to get 12-18" by 6:00 tonight. It's a great day to be home -- and after reading my e-mail this morning I feel as if the sun is shining bright in the Ollmann house . . . here's what it said:

Olmanns are not in Ministry of Education here in Uralsk , yet. As soon as their dossier here, they will not wait in line, we can invite them immediately

Hopeful news . . . .we could be traveling in a very short time.

I'm going to start getting things together today. Do you guys remember what our dining room table looked like before we traveled to get Hailee? I'm thinking it will be completely full this time! Since the new hotel we plan to stay at has a kitchen we are going to use it to cut down on meal costs. We've been making a list of all the things we can easily transport and make there. Any helpful ideas -- we are bringing peanut butter, jelly, tuna, mac & cheese -- what else???? It can't be too heavy or bulky and has to be in unbreakable containers. Help!

Thanks for checking in with us -- please, please sign up to leave us comments . . . .we are hoping to hear from everyone when we're gone!
