SHOPPING . . . . we found a list of the gifts that we need to bring with us. These gifts are in addition to a $500 orphanage donation. Plus it's always nice to bring gifts to the group of children that are with our new daughter. We've been buying novelty pencils, pens, small nerf balls, lip gloss (thanks to Pat for some of them) -- and anything else we've seen that we think young teens would like.
We knew we would need gifts for the adults we come in contact with but forgot how many there were . . . . here's the list we have:
4 gifts for MOE in region (3 female, one male)
1 gift for head of guardianship (female)
1 gift for orphanage doctor (female)
1 gift for director of orphanage (female)
1 gift for caregiver supervisor (female)
1 gift for director of child complex (male)
1 gift for visa processor (female)
4 gifts for caretakers (female)
4-5 gifts for helpers (female)
3 gifts for translators (female)
3 gifts for drivers (male)
1 gift for coordinator (female)
Add 2-3 gifts, just in case
We have a few things already -- a mag light, mens grooming kits, small bath & body sets and a couple more, but in no way is it enough. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Wow! Looks like you need a suitcase just for gifts! I love the updates!
Ruchell,
I'm so glad that you're checking on us -- I've been watching Brooklyn grow too! She's beautful!
