Exactly one year ago today we were on top of the world -- we had finally received word that our agency had our invitation to travel to Kazakhstan. I remember the excitement that we all felt -- we could not wait to leave and to meet the young lady who would be joining our family ....
It's hard to believe that we are still waiting ........ we have not received our translated referral yet. We're all getting very anxious.

We are sad for you all, we know how anxious you are to hear the news you wait for. I check the blog every night hoping to see what you have waited for, for so long.
The only thing we can say is that we are here for you all, saying our prayers for you, and knowing that God will make every thing the way it should be. Keep the faith, it will happen. Thanks again for the nice time on Sunday. I just love Codee, such a fun addition to your family. This week has been crazy busy for both of us, so last Sunday was such a nice send off for us.
Also thanks for sharing the videos of Hayden with us. He sure is a cutie. It is so true that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. (Jon) Love you all...
