What's Up ....

What's up with Bulgaria? They received the updated paperwork that they needed on Monday. They will have plenty of time to translate and get them ready for court on July 27th. Can you believe that's only a week and a half away? Please keep praying that everything goes well and that we receive our travel date shortly after that .... as things start to fall into place the wait seems to get longer and longer. Before meeting Gabi it was hard to wait but yet easier, she was a name and a picture --- after spending time with her the wait is much harder ..... we want to see her smile again, hear her giggle and call out to us .... we look at the videos and pictures and wonder why we didn't take more .... they are not enough anymore -- we need to have her home!

What's up with Hailee? She is the proud owner of contacts! She's had them since Wednesday and she loves them ..... she can get them in pretty easily; we just have to work on the rubbing of the eyes. This morning she rubbed her contact right out and we couldn't find it anywhere ....... here she is .... check out those baby blues

What else is up?? In exactly 4 days Amanda and Hayden will arrive in Milwaukee!!! Just can't even imagine how Hayden has grown and changed in 7 months .... the last time I saw him he was just starting to walk. Now he not only walks and runs he's talking a lot ..... Amanda and Hayden will be spending some time with us before Jonathan arrives on Friday. Bright and early on Saturday morning our whole family will be leaving for our annual week in Rhinelander with the Tomczak's and Klein's. Looking forward to a week of skiing, tubing, fishing, swimming, sunning, relaxation and most importantly spending time together! Ahhhh ...........

That's about all with us .... what's up with you????

Of course you miss your little girl. I'm sure she's missing you too. Just think, soon she'll be home with you forever. In the meantime, enjoy your time with your cutie pie grandson and with your friends in Rhinelander. Then before you know it, it'll be time to go back to Bulgaria.

P.S. Tell Hailee I love her new look.

Thanks for the message. Awesome that you have already visited your daughter in Bulgaria. Which agency did you go through? It should be anyday, we are told 3-4 months after the first visit. She is very cute.

We are with Tol! We signed on with them a year ago but were only registered in Bulgaria Jan 09 and we are waiting for a 1-2 yr old boy. I just spent the last hour reading through your blog entries. So sorry about Kazakstan what a disappoinment. We were with Ukraine to begin with but changed once we saw families coming home with no children. Gabriela is so cute.
