We can't believe it's getting so close to actually leaving to bring our new daughter home. At times it seemed it would never come. Tonight it's finally sinking in -- by this time tomorrow we will be on our way.
Tonights plan was to pack . . . . well . . . . as some of you know things don't always work out the way WE plan, especially before a trip. Kenda & Linda you KNOW WHAT WE MEAN!!! (smile)
We ran to the bank right after work, went to visit the grandparents and ended up at urgent care with Hailee. She has strep . . . with antiobiotics & other meds she should be feeling fine by the time the plane takes off. I'm so glad we went, her ears have a lot of fluid in them . . . she would have been so miserable.
Tonight was also the night we had to say goodbye to Micah. It was hard and I'm all teary writing this, but we know she will be well taken care of! We're really going to miss her! Micah remember your pinky promise . . . . hug, hug, hug!!!!
That's it for tonight -- I have tomorrow off and I think you all know what I will be doing!

You know we never really get to pack until the last minute...that's just how it goes, but it always gets done. We haven't gone on a trip yet without our "STUFF".
Have a WONDERFUL, SAFE trip. I miss you all already.
God bless your trip. Your always in our prayers!
Hi Guys!
Thinking about you, as from what I can discern, you should be in Almaty and leaving, or already on your plane flight to Uralsk by now..how was the trip, how is everyone feeling after all of the travel? When is your first day where you can go to the orphanage and meet her? What does your week's itinerary look like from here? Love You and Missing you tons, and tons!..
P.S. Also Jon and Amanda are getting internet (FINALLY!)
LOVE YOU ALL!
Lisa
